Dear Mrs Marks
I´m very sorry, I´ll to solve the problem with your DVD player. I offer two possibles solutions: a refund or a replacement. The first solution If we arrange a refund It´ll take two weeks to go in to your account or in the second solution If we send a replacement I´ll be with your in three working days.
