A leader is a person who has responsabilityes with a group, for the companies is important to has a leader because it encourage the success and the team needs a excelent coach for win. The leader must learn to listen to other person and make the best decisions

Dilema & Decision

Transal has been facing some problems because of hundred of yearly accidents that have led to high absenteeism causing diferent problems. I would recomend to send all technical staff members on an intensive "safety awareness".

The first advantage is that in a year those problems won´t exist anymore. Secondly, the course has an excellent reputation so we can emphasize at a press conference organise to announce the new company plans and is better for it. Thirdly, the manager will train their teams.

On the other hand there are also desadvantages for example the course is very expensive and the staff members will do the course at The International School of Industrial Engineering and the staff not go to the company.

In conclusion the best option is number 1. The International School of Industrial Engineering because the safety conditions will be improve by this time next year.
